Each member of the team has a unique set of talents. These talents aren’t just something we are born with, but instead they are cultivated through study and practice.
The practice of honing our talents and knowledge of the industry and technology requires relentless efforts to ensure the talents aren’t wasted. Learning happens with everything we do and humility is required as we strive for “better every time” in what we do.
When it is time to shine we expect to be prepared and committed to the outcome. Talent and dedication can be wasted if “game-time” isn’t the mentality when results are pending.
We come in at whichever leadership level you want us to operate at and we document the problem statement to ensure success can be measured. Information gathering is next which is done through reading and interviews. We prefer to start with work you have already done and not reinvent the wheel, but whatever is needed to information gather is where we go. Synthesizing the data with the problem statement through a lens of experience allows us to work collaboratively with you on drawing together a meaningful conclusion.
If after the assessment you see further value in our collaboration, we take the assessment and work toward a strategy. This strategy utilizes boundaries such as budget, resources, technology landscape and competing priorities. After all the inputs are gathered, it is people, processes and technologies in that order… You likely have several of these already in place. But depending on the assessment, there might be changes both big and small to helping you with a path to the success you envision. We continue to anchor to the problem statement while building a strategy that extends into an execution plan.
While we are first and foremost a strategic consulting firm, we most certainly can help with the execution as well. We will take the strategic execution plan and augment as necessary in alignment with your resourcing to ensure a measured result that can be deemed successful according to the original problem/goal statement. Sometimes we are asked to lead the project itself and use existing staff. Other times the leadership is in place and we provide a specifically skilled resource that is required for the duration of the project. Our goal is to ensure that any resource that is part of the execution is skilled, accountable and continuously delivering toward the project.
We are an elastic organization led by our founding partner Joel Nichols. In today’s climate, elasticity is key for ensuring we have the right talents and skills required for a specific engagement. We leverage individual and business partnerships to increase our pool of trusted and skilled resources to tailer fit the needs of the engagement.
Any person on our team has the team and the leadership to provide resourcing and guardrails toward their part of the project. Our standards should be higher than your standards. Our team comes from industry with the technical skills and domain knowledge required for the problem to be solved.
